What makes your dice sets unique?

• Each dice set is individually handcrafted using a combination of 3D modeling with Blendr, silicone mold making, resin casting, polishing, and artistic techniques. I draw inspiration from my Taiwanese-American heritage, personal experiences, and creative experiments, ensuring that no two sets are exactly alike.

How are your dice made?

• I personally design, 3D model, print, and cast each set of dice in resin. The process involves multiple steps, including creating custom color blends, adding special effects like shimmer or glitter, and carefully curing the resin in a pressure pot to achieve a high-quality finish.

Are your dice balanced?

• While I take great care to ensure each die is as balanced as possible, please note that handmade dice may have minor imperfections that could slightly affect balance. However, these variations are minimal and should not significantly impact gameplay.

Do you take custom orders?

• Yes! I love working on custom designs that bring your vision to life. Feel free to reach out to discuss your ideas, and we can create something truly unique together. However, since I am only one person, I only accept 2 - 3 custom orders a month.

What is your return and exchange policy?

• Due to the handmade nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue, and I’ll do my best to resolve it.

How should I care for my dice?

• To keep your dice in the best condition, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid dropping them on hard surfaces, as this can cause damage. If needed, you can gently clean them with a soft, damp cloth, like a microfiber.

How long does it take to receive my order?

• Since each dice set is made by hand, processing times may vary. Typically, orders are shipped within 3 days after purchase from North Carolina. Shipping times depend on your location, so please allow extra time for international orders.
